Thesis Abstract:

This project develops and evaluates agentic AI workflows for multicellular modeling. Key objectives include benchmarking open models from llm.scads.ai within agentic pipelines, quantifying the role of data resources and model repository coverage, and analyzing agent error handling by systematically introducing errors into working XML models. The work also involves developing robust movie-to-movie comparison methods for simulation evaluation, integrating FitMultiCell for HPC-based parameter estimation, optimizing performance in collaboration with HPC and ScaDS.AI teams, and applying Morpheus.AI in collaboration with the Medical Faculty.
