Algorithmic differentiation for high-performance scientific computing

Thesis Abstract:
My PhD explores algorithmic differentiation and related methods for large-scale scientific computing. I am interested in how derivative information can be computed and used efficiently in high-performance computing applications, particularly for complex numerical simulations. The specific research direction and application areas are currently being developed as the project progresses.
