Thesis Abstract:
My PhD research investigates the convergence of cloud computing, high-performance computing, and the Internet of Things. As an initial use case, I benchmark cloud-native ingestion and streaming tools on HPC systems to assess their performance, scalability, reliability, and resource efficiency. The research also examines how these tools can be adapted to meet the architectural and operational requirements of HPC environments.
